Energy and the Environment: More Certainty, More Innovation

The U.S. needs to diversify its energy supply. That's a given. But it also must work to restore its leadership in developing and exporting energy technology, not just to curb waste at home but to create markets abroad. Those were just a few of the themes that emerged from the task-force discussion on energy and the environment, moderated by The Wall Street Journal's Jeffrey Ball.
